How long does delivery take ? This will depend on the specific items that you have ordered, and the number of items you have ordered. We endeavor to deliver items on the specified date but we cannot be held responsible if we deliver outside these times. Items deliverd locally are delivered by our own van and staff who are all highly experienced and take great care of your goods. Items delivered outside of our delivery area will arrive by another teleflorist florist with equally high standards. Can I collect my order and save on shipping ? Yes, you can collect your order from our high street store. Please ensure that you select this option during the checkout procedure. We will contact you as soon your order is ready for collection and arrange a suitable time for you to collect.
